Important
・The Windows version of the avatar uses Poiyomi Toon Shader. Make sure, you import the package into your project. One way is to download the shader from Booth: https://booth.pm/ja/items/4841309 but you can also download it from anywhere else (GitHUb etc.) ・The Android&IOS version of the avatar NDMF Mesh Simplifier. Make sure, you download lilToon from this page: https://lilxyzw.github.io/lilToon/ after adding the package to VrCC (VrChat Creator Companion) click "Manage Project" in the "Projects" menu in VRCC and add lilNDMFMeshSimplifier to your project. (If you don't want to go through that trouble, you can simply delete the NDMF Mesh Simplifier component on the skinned Mesh renderer "ハトちゃん". But be aware that the performance will decrease to "very poor") ・To change the texture of the avatar please manually select it for the material. Avatar Usage Terms (short Summary): By purchasing and using this avatar, you agree to the following: ✅ Allowed Uses -You may use the avatar for your own personal purposes. -You may modify the avatar for personal use. -You may display the avatar on your social media, including streaming platforms. ❌ Not Allowed -You cannot sell, share, or give the avatar to anyone else. -You cannot use the avatar for commercial purposes (merchandise, ads, etc.). -You cannot use the avatar in sexual, violent, political, or religious content. ⚠️ Important -All rights remain with the creator. -By downloading/using the avatar, you automatically accept these terms. Avatar Usage Terms (full agreement): Avatar License Agreement Effective Date: Upon purchase and download of the Avatar ("Hato chan"). Licensor: Bonsai（ぼんさい） Licensee: The purchaser of the Product 1. Grant of License 1.1 Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, Licensor hereby grants Licensee a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, worldwide license to use the Product solely for Licensee’s personal use. 1.2 Licensee may: -Modify, adapt, or otherwise alter the Avatar only for personal use. -Display and use the Avatar on social media, streaming platforms, or other online profiles for non-commercial, personal purposes. 2. Restrictions 2.1 Licensee shall not: -Sell, resell, redistribute, or otherwise transfer the Avatar or any derivative works thereof to any third party. -Share, lend, rent, or grant access to the Avatar to any other individual or entity. -Use the Avatar, whether original or modified, for commercial exploitation, including but not limited to merchandise, advertisements, or paid media. 2.2 Licensee shall not use the Avatar in any manner that involves or promotes: -Sexual or pornographic content. -Violence, gore, or hateful imagery. -Political or religious expression. 2.3 Any use beyond the scope of this license is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of this Agreement. 3. Ownership and Intellectual Property 3.1 The Avatar and all associated intellectual property rights remain the sole and exclusive property of Licensor. 3.2 Licensee acknowledges that no ownership rights are transferred by this Agreement, only a limited license to use the Product as expressly permitted herein. 4. Acceptance of Terms 4.1 By purchasing, downloading, or otherwise using the Product, Licensee acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to the terms of this Agreement. 4.2 If Licensee does not agree to these terms, they must refrain from using the Product. 5. Termination 5.1 This Agreement is effective until terminated. 5.2 Licensor may revoke this license immediately if Licensee breaches any provision of this Agreement. Upon termination, Licensee must immediately cease all use of the Avatar and destroy all copies and modifications in their possession. 6. Disclaimer of Warranties 6.1 The Product is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. 7. Limitation of Liability 7.1 To the maximum extent permitted by law, Licensor shall not be liable for any damages, whether direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential, arising out of or related to Licensee’s use of the Product. 8. Governing Law 8.1 This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Germany. By purchasing, downloading, or using the Avatar, the Licensee is deemed to have accepted and agreed to the terms of this License Agreement.
